Ultra-Low NOx Option
EASE offers both standard and Ultra-Low NOx fire-tube steam boiler models. The Ultra-Low NOx model uses a more advanced burner package to support projects with stricter air-emission requirements.
EASE fire-tube steam boilers are engineered for industrial facilities requiring stable steam pressure, reliable continuous operation and consistent steam quality. In a fire-tube boiler, hot combustion gases pass through tubes surrounded by water inside the boiler shell, efficiently transferring heat to generate saturated steam for industrial processes.
The horizontal packaged design combines a robust pressure vessel, optimized two-pass flue-gas arrangement, matched burner system and intelligent PLC control. Its large water and steam storage capacity provides strong thermal stability, allowing the boiler to respond smoothly to fluctuating demand and short-term peak loads.
The EASE fire-tube steam boiler series includes both a Standard model and an Ultra-Low NOx model. The Ultra-Low NOx version is equipped with a more advanced burner package for projects with stricter air-emission requirements.
Each system can be supplied as a complete industrial steam solution integrating the boiler, burner, feedwater system, water treatment, heat recovery, blowdown control, chemical dosing, instrumentation and digital monitoring.
The burner is selected according to boiler capacity, fuel type, furnace geometry and emission requirements. Modulating combustion adjusts output according to steam demand, while optional oxygen-trim control improves air-fuel ratio accuracy.
Economizers, condensate recovery, automatic blowdown control and optional condensing heat recovery can be integrated to reduce fuel consumption per tonne of steam and improve overall boiler-room efficiency.
The PLC and HMI platform monitor steam pressure, water level, burner load, flue-gas temperature, oxygen concentration, alarms and operating hours. Optional remote connectivity supports fault diagnosis, performance analysis and preventive maintenance.
The boiler pressure vessel can be designed and manufactured according to applicable project requirements, including ASME, CE/PED and relevant national or regional boiler standards.
EASE offers both standard and Ultra-Low NOx fire-tube steam boiler models. The Ultra-Low NOx model uses a more advanced burner package to support projects with stricter air-emission requirements.
The large water and steam volume provides strong thermal storage, helping the boiler maintain stable pressure under fluctuating industrial steam demand.
High-efficiency combustion, heat recovery, condensate return and automatic blowdown control help reduce fuel, water and chemical consumption.
Centralized PLC control, HMI monitoring and optional remote connectivity make boiler operation easier to manage, diagnose and optimize.
The system can be configured for natural gas, LPG, light oil or treated biogas, and supplied as a packaged boiler or integrated boiler-room solution.
ASME, CE/PED and local boiler-code options can be evaluated according to the installation country, project specification and certification requirements.
