Fast Steam Availability
Quick steam generation helps facilities respond faster to production demand, making the boiler suitable for intermittent operation, batch processes, sterilization, laundry and distributed steam applications.
EASE once-through steam boilers are engineered for industrial and commercial facilities requiring fast steam generation, compact installation, intelligent operation and high system efficiency.
Unlike traditional shell-type boilers with large water volume, a once-through steam boiler generates steam as feedwater passes through the heated tube circuit. This design enables rapid start-up, quick load response and efficient steam supply for applications with intermittent, fluctuating or distributed steam demand.
The EASE Once-Through Steam Boiler Series includes two model lines:
Standard Eboiler Series — designed for reliable, high-efficiency steam generation in general industrial applications.
Ultra-Low NOx Eboiler Series — designed for projects with stricter air-emission requirements and advanced combustion-control needs.
Feedwater is heated through a compact tube circuit and converted into steam without a large water-storage shell. This structure enables fast thermal response, smaller footprint and efficient steam generation.
EASE once-through steam boilers can operate as single units or multi-unit modular boiler plants. The control system coordinates boiler start-stop and load distribution according to real-time steam demand.
Economizers, condensate return, automatic blowdown control and optional condensing heat recovery can be integrated into the boiler-room system to reduce heat loss and improve overall steam-system efficiency.
The PLC and HMI platform can monitor steam pressure, water level, feedwater condition, burner load, flue-gas temperature, oxygen concentration, alarms and operating hours. Optional remote connectivity supports performance tracking, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance and long-term energy management.
Customer Value for Flexible, Efficient and Low-Emission Steam Supply
Quick steam generation helps facilities respond faster to production demand, making the boiler suitable for intermittent operation, batch processes, sterilization, laundry and distributed steam applications.
High-efficiency steam generation, heat recovery and intelligent load matching help reduce fuel consumption, water use and daily boiler-room operating costs.
EASE offers both Standard Eboiler and Ultra-Low NOx Eboiler Series. The Ultra-Low NOx steam boiler option supports projects with stricter air-emission requirements, including North American and European markets.
Multiple once-through steam boiler units can be installed in parallel, allowing capacity expansion, redundancy and easier maintenance planning as project demand grows.
The compact once-through boiler design helps reduce installation footprint, making it suitable for space-limited industrial plants, hospitals, laundries, laboratories and commercial facilities.
Digital intelligent boiler control, centralized monitoring and optional remote diagnostics help simplify daily operation, improve troubleshooting and support long-term performance management.
EASE once-through steam boilers are widely used in industrial and commercial applications requiring fast steam supply, compact installation and flexible load management.
Steam for cooking, blanching, pasteurization, bottle washing, cleaning, drying and process heating.
Steam for sterilization, laundry, kitchen operation, humidification and hot-water generation.
Utility steam for indirect heating, cleaning and process support. Clean steam systems can be configured separately when required.
Flexible steam supply for production lines with intermittent operation, frequent start-stop requirements or limited installation space.
To receive a project-specific proposal, please provide the required steam capacity, operating pressure, fuel type, daily operating hours, steam load pattern, emission requirements, installation country and applicable certification requirements. EASE can support boiler selection, system configuration, Ultra-Low NOx evaluation, heat recovery design and complete boiler-room integration according to your project requirements.
